15th Annual VIM Golf Classic - Sept. 17, 2021

It’s time to get outside – safely – to support VIM's local health ministry! The 15th Annual VIM Golf Classic is scheduled for Friday, September 17, at Brown Acres Golf Course.

Over the years, VIM golfers have raised funds that have equated more than $9 million in medical care to uninsured friends and neighbors, diverting thousands from costly trips to the emergency department.

Last year’s tournament supported the clinic tremendously and we hope you will consider supporting this year’s tournament as a sponsor or a player or both!

Don’t miss out on a day of golf, great food, a ton of raffles, and much more all supporting a great cause. Your registration includes breakfast and lunch. This tournament is designed to be fun, and we encourage golfers of all skill levels to attend.

Registration Fee: $125 for singles or $500 for team entry.

Gowns for Good - Nov. 3, 2021

VIM Chattanooga introduces inaugural Gowns for Good. Say yes to donating (or bidding on) the dress!

Instead of keeping your previously worn Gowns or Cocktail dresses in storage, donate to support VIM's local health ministry! The Gowns for Good benefit will directly help uninsured neighbors in need receive success to a primary care medical home.

How?

By donating a gown or cocktail dress for the charity auction, that has been otherwise hanging in the closet, with100% proceeds garnered from donation supporting direct patient care access.
By sponsoring or participating in the day of event, fun festivities …. helping raise funding and awareness for those being served and those in need of access to care in our community.

Doors open at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 3 at the Mill of Chattanooga, for the boutique preview and shopping fun, followed by luncheon and the live fashion show charity auction.

2021 Sponsorship Levels

Gowns for Good Underwriter Investment Level - $4,500

This contribution enables the VIM clinic to provide 55 patient visits and deliver medical care at value of $18,670 at clinic rates or an estimated $80,262 at ER rates.

Access to Care Champion Partner Investment Level - $2,000

This contribution enables the VIM clinic to provide 24 patient visits and deliver medical care at value of $8,298 at clinic rates or an estimated $35,672 at ER rates.

Community Partner Investment Level - $750

This contribution enables the VIM clinic to provide 9 patient visits and deliver medical care at value of $3,112 at clinic rates or an estimated $13,377 at ER rates.

Table Sponsor Investment Level - $500

This contribution enables the VIM clinic to provide 6 patient visits and deliver medical care at value of $2,074 at clinic rates or an estimated $8,918 at ER rates.

Friend Sponsor Investment Level - $200

This contribution enables the VIM clinic to provide nearly 2 patient visits and deliver medical care at value of $830 at clinic rates or an estimated$3,567 at ER rates.
