With your support, lives are saved and changed. Patients have overcome debilitating illnesses and diseases allowing them to return to their productive lives, working and supporting their families.

Volunteers in Medicine, Chattanooga, Inc. is a full-service medical clinic which provides primary and preventative health care at no cost, to financially eligible individuals and families of Hamilton and surrounding counties in Tennessee and Georgia who otherwise have no access to public or private health insurance. Over the past 20 years, VIM has provided 82,000 patient visits valued at $29 million in clinic rates and $114 million at conservative ER rates: and $20 million in patient prescription assistance.

Since 2004, more than 25,600 patients have received the gift of health through Southeast Tennessee Project Access while our physicians and partners have provided more than $232 million in donated health care services.  Every Project Access partner provides their services absolutely free of charge to the patient.
